Meet Tara Thompson
Tara is a New York native, but she moved to Georgia with her family in 2005. Ever since, she has been fully dedicated to serving prenatal and postpartum families. She has a deep passion for music and dancing, especially that from the 90's era (she likes to include that in her classes and births if applicable).
She is a birth doula, postpartum doula, prenatal/postpartum massage therapist, childbirth educator and she provides services in Roswell, Kennesaw, Woodstock/Holly springs, Acworth/Dallas and more areas North of Atlanta. If she wasn’t a doula or childbirth educator, her dream job would be dancing in music videos.
Tara is dedicated to helping her clients achieve the birth and postpartum of their dreams using calming comfort measures and evidence-based practices.
Tara is a Lamaze Certified Childbirth Educator, Evidence Based Birth Instructor, Certified Doula (CAPPA), and Licensed Massage Therapist.
