During the night, our postpartum doulas are there to:
Provide full infant care throughout the night (diapering, soothing, feeding)
Support with night feedings—bottle prep or bringing baby to nurse
Light household tasks (washing bottles, folding baby laundry)
Emotional check-ins and guidance through early postpartum
Specialized support for C-section recovery, twins, or anxious sleepers

What’s Included in Our Overnight Postpartum Doula Support:
Complimentary initial consultation to assess your needs and answer your questions
Expert instruction and hands-on support with infant care basics: bathing, diapering, soothing, swaddling, babywearing, and newborn safety
Compassionate, nonjudgmental support as you transition into parenthood
A listening ear and emotional support, offering a safe, supportive space to process your birth and postpartum experience
Infant feeding support, including breastfeeding, pumping, bottle feeding, and combination feeding
Nighttime care for your baby so you can get uninterrupted, restorative sleep
Assistance with overnight feedings, including bringing baby to you for nursing or handling bottle prep and feeding
Light tidying and household support, such as bottle washing, laundry, and nursery organization
Simple meal or snack preparation to support your recovery
Sibling support, if needed, to help ease the family transition
Awareness and screening for perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, with compassionate discussion and referral resources when appropriate
8 to 10-hour overnight shifts to provide consistent and reliable support through the night
